Graphene oxide (GO) -ceramic membrane is a precision filter membrane with sub-nanometer channel structure, which is prepared by self-assembly process of graphene oxide (GO) on the basis of alumina, zirconia, titanium oxide etc. The porous support layer, transition layer and GO layer are asymmetrically distributed. The molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of GO ceramic membrane under cross-flow filtration condition is less than 2000Da. In addition, GO is electronegative in water, and the MWCO can reach less than 200Da for the electronegative solute. Moreover, graphene oxide has the characteristics of organic solvent resistance, foulling resistance and microbial resistance that traditional organic membranes do not have. Therefore, GO-ceramic membrane is a new high-efficiency membrane separation technology for water treatment, chemical industry, biological fermentation and other fields.
