On August 27, 2021, under pleasant autumn weather, an expert group consisting of WANG Jiwen, Secretary-General of the Membrane Industry Association of China, QIAO Changming, Zibo chemical industry expert, and NA Ping, Dean of Shandong Research Institute of Tianjin University, conducted an in-depth investigation at our company to learn about our new product R&D and innovative development.
Mr. XU Ligen, General Manager of SHANDONG HCCM CO.,LTD., accompanied the group on a tour of the production workshop and introduced the company’s development. Our company has built the Zibo Key Engineering Laboratory for Ceramic Membranes. At present, we hold 10 patented technologies with another 6 patents under application. The microporous ceramic membrane elements developed and manufactured by our company feature high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high flux, anti-aging property, high mechanical strength and easy regeneration. They are especially suitable for operation in strong acid and strong alkali environments, with service life increased by 50% compared with previous generations. In April 2021, SHANDONG HCCM CO.,LTD. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China-Europe Membrane Technology Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) for joint R&D of ceramic membrane application technologies. The integrated ceramic membrane direct drinking water equipment has achieved commercial application. Apart from extensive domestic applications, our products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions across Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Oceania. Export revenue accounts for over 80% of the company’s operating income.
The research group spoke highly of our company’s development and product R&D, expressed delight that our main products are exported overseas, and offered constructive suggestions on the issues raised by our enterprise.
